What started as an idea in Hillsboro, OR in Karla's backyard (now Hop Farm), has moved north and in planted in the back of the Foggy Noggin Brewery. Karla planted one rhizome of Willamette last year and harvested one ounce. This was used in brewing out Kastrated Dawg (which will be available at the Washington Brewer's Festival (June 18). Kim planted two rhizomes this spring in the East exterior of the brewery. Centennial and Fuggle. From the looks of the pictures below, the Fuggle hops has the best start so far.
