Washington: Foggy Noggin Brewing


Billed as “one of the world’s smallest production breweries,” Jim Jamison brews English-style ales with a tiny half-barrel system out of his detached garage in a subdivision in the Seattle suburb of Bothell. With locals flocking to his property to try these awesome brews, Jamison even had to go so far as to build a bathroom facility next to the garage to keep patrons from having to use the one in his house.
