What's Happening at Foggy Noggin This Weekend - Saturday - October 8th (12-5pm)

Foggy Noggin Brewing's tasting room will be Saturday (noon-5pm) - October 8th

This week's featured Fn beer - 2016 Diablo del Sol Fresh Hop 5.2% ABV - 51 IBU

Our every popular Diablo del Sol gets special treatment this time of the year with a bunch of local freshly harvested hops.  We brew Diablo del Sol with our normal late additions of Cascade Hops, but the added 11 lbs. of Mr Hood hops that were locally grown less than 3 miles away. The finished hot wort is circulated on top of the huge amount of hops for 30 minutes to squeeze every bit of fresh hoppiness possible. The result?  You will just have to find out in our tasting room this weekend.  Only 1 batch and always very popular.
